Using this website
The information on this site is for general guidance about our manufacturing services. Prices, minimums, lead times and fabric specifications shown here are estimates or typical ranges and may change. Nothing on the site is a binding offer.
Quotes and orders
A quote becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing. Each order is governed by the written order confirmation and any agreement signed by both sides, including price, quantities, specifications, payment terms and delivery dates.
Your designs and confidentiality
Your designs, tech packs, logos and brand materials remain yours. We use them only to prepare quotes, samples and production for you, and we keep them confidential. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
Samples and approvals
Production begins after you approve the final sample and any deposit is received, as agreed in your order confirmation. Minor variations in color and measurements within normal industry tolerances are possible and are described in the order terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability for orders is set out in the order agreement.
